In my opinion, Survio is fantastic and super user-friendly for those just starting out, especially students working on their bachelor’s or master’s theses who need data and a survey. Exporting data to Excel is a breeze, which really helps save a lot of time. :) I made the switch to Survio from Lime Survey, and I’m really pleased with my choice!

I picked Survio to put together a survey for my grad thesis. I really like how easy and quick it is to set up the questionnaire. However, I wish there was better support from Survio and an option for a one-month subscription at a more budget-friendly rate for students, since we typically only need the service once and don’t require the premium features.

Had a really rough time with this tool. I forked out cash for a plan that promised 1000 responses. Then, some bot started spamming answers, and when I reached out to support, they blamed me and said they couldn't do anything about it—no captcha or any other way to prevent it.

I ended up buying another 1500 responses, but my survey was still stuck. Support was supposed to fix it manually, and I waited half a day for that. So, I went ahead and made a new account (and paid for it) to duplicate my survey since they couldn't sort out the first one. When I asked support for help, they replied, "I am honestly not sure what is wrong :)" Seriously?!

Are you kidding me?

Before I decided to buy this tool, I specifically asked if they could block duplicate responses, and they assured me it was possible. But guess what? I ended up with 2503 responses, and only around 800 were legit—the rest was just spam.

At that cost, shouldn't the additional parts come with the vacuum? kRs 143

I totally fell for the Survio from the get-go, thanks to the reports. We're now on the hunt to grab one for college in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

A comprehensive tool for crafting engaging surveys in no time. This site is fantastic for making and distributing surveys of all types (whether closed or open questions, evaluations in bar charts, column charts, etc.) swiftly and effortlessly. You can share surveys via a QR code or a link. Participants can jump right into the survey without any hassle. The site is super well-organized and user-friendly. The survey features are so intuitive that you can dive right into creating your survey.

Survio fits perfectly for smaller projects in my case study related surveys. The only thing I wish it had is a phone support line, but hey, it keeps the costs down.

This software is quite decent and easy to navigate. However, if you're looking to explore a bit more in-depth, you'll have to shell out for an additional license.

This program is pretty solid overall. The only downside is that the free trial limits you to just 100 answers.

Survio.com lets its users send out spam messages. When I asked them to take my email off all their clients' lists because I started getting spam, they just brushed me off. They sent me to the spam sender instead of helping me out. It seems like they don't care about GDPR at all!

Just to clarify, I never said an employee from survio.com sent me the spam; it was one of their clients using their service. Maybe there was a mix-up in understanding my message in English. My main issue is that my email is in your system without my consent. It doesn't matter if it was one of your clients who put it there. I asked to have my email removed from your databases, but you refused. Why not just follow GDPR rules and get rid of my email? That would wrap this up nicely.

This software is fantastic, making everything super simple to navigate and really clear in how it presents information. I absolutely loved the designs, and I had a blast putting together my first questionnaire.

It's super simple to grasp. The survey designs are top-notch. I gave it 4 stars, but I think it could use a few more participants in the free version—200 would be way better, even for basic studies.
